“The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima. ”

“My daughter participates in the washington all state choir; so, we visit Yakima every other year. The property is very convenient and the owners are very responsive. The house is nicely equipped with good wifi, streaming services and is pet friendly.”

“Cleanest and quietest place we have ever stayed. Very spacious inside. Nice facilities for coffee and cooking. We never cooked but did enjoy the coffee and the coffee maker. Would have been better to have a regular table and chairs instead of the raised table and raised chairs. Everything else was first rate. Thank you”

“We had a Fantastic Girls weekend. The Condo is very spacious and comfortable. We loved the Corner view and patio. The condo had some built-in Bluetooth speakers, but there were no instructions on how to use. I would recommend posting instructions and/or letting people know they don't work. Other then that, everything was perfect!”
