Helpful pleasant staff. Clean comfortable but fairly basic amenities in the room. Kettle only travel size, no decaff tea or coffee. Pillow too high /plump for my comfort.No hair dryer. No plug for handbasin which I found too small. Towel rail too high and very flimsy, buckled when I tried to hang towel on it.
