Village retreat, new condo loaded with amenities hot tub, fire pit, game room

Enjoy 2000+ sq feet in this new condo with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home is in walking distance to the village restaurants, shops and entertainment. This open concept first floor includes a 36inch range to cook for the group, an oversized island, great for playing games or spreading out some apps, a built in beverage cooler, and a coffee maker. Enjoy with the cozy gas fireplace, or head out the sliding glass door to the stamped concrete patio complete with gas fire pit and hot tub. The first floor is finished off with a game room with a large tv to watch the games, complete with bubble hockey, air hockey, ping pong table, and an electronic dart board. There is also a half bath.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with dual vanities, along with a full size washer and dryer. This unit sleeps 11+ with cot and air mattress. The spacious master bedroom includes a view of the Holimont ski slopes. There is driveway parking for multiple vehicles and you are just a 3 minute walk to basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a large playground, as well as a pond if you like to fish!

*PLEASE NOTE: Hot tub availability is dependent upon how previous renters take care of the tub. No diapers allowed in the hot tub. $250 fee will be incurred if hot tub must be drained.

Amazing home near Ellicotville

Home was beautiful and very well stocked for an amazing 4 day weekend. Just a short drive to downtown and the slopes this was the perfect home for two families to enjoy a ski weekend! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

We were back for a 2nd year of strategic planning. So many bedrooms and beds, all comfortable. This locations thinks of everything you might need for your stay, rather than stripping it empty or bare minimum. Always clean. Owners are so easy to deal with. Can't wait until next year

Awesome Eclipse weekend at this beautiful home!

Our group of science and astronomy enthusiasts from State College embarked on a weekend getaway to Ellicottville, PA, eager to witness the eclipse in the path of totality. Our stay at the townhome exceeded expectations, providing a cozy and well-equipped haven for our adventure. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the inviting interior of the townhome. The kitchen was fully stocked, simplifying meal preparations, while ample towels and throw blankets added a touch of comfort. The hot tub and fire pit were cherished amenities, particularly during the cool evenings, offering serene views of the pond and mountains. The game room proved to be a hit with both adults and children, providing endless entertainment. Additionally, the townhome's proximity to the town center allowed us to explore local shops, restaurants, and events with ease. Sherri, the owner, was very welcoming and offered fun suggestions for eclipse viewing parties in the area and was very responsive! Overall, our stay at the Ellicottville townhome was memorable and enjoyable, providing the perfect backdrop for quality time with family and friends. We can't wait to come back to explore the are more in the future!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place , very clean, and comfortable to sleep. The game room was especially a hit for the kids (and adults!) very close to town and trails, and about a 5 minute drive to the slopes . The owner was very responsive to all questions. Would book it again

Ellicottville Gem

We had a wonderful time at this house while celebrating our daughter graduation from St Bonaventure. It was newly built, very spacious, well-furnished and stocked with all the kitchen amenities. It was also walking distance to the town of Ellicottville. I highly recommend this house for a place to stay while visiting Ellicottville.

Amazing home!

We came to Ellicottville for a ski/snowboard trip. This home was not only perfect for our needs with a large open first floor, second floor laundry and comfy beds for all, but it had an amazing hot tub too! Our kids enjoyed the garage/activity room and the chefs kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals in. Sherri was a wonderful host, available immediately when we needed help. We were also left little personalized gifts on the counter. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested. It was well worth every penny and will not disappoint.

Perfect home in Holiday Valley

The town home is brand new, beautifully furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It’s only a very short drive to Holiday Valley and you can walk to Ellicottville for dinner. Lovely home - we had a great getaway.
