The Space:

A mudroom entry opens to a full bathroom and two bedrooms.

Main floor

The living area includes a large sectional, a 65-inch TV with Roku + Spectrum cable, and a wood-burning fireplace. A sliding door opens to the outdoor patio.

Guest Access:

Located in Alpine Meadows directly across from Holiday Valley, guests can walk to the Sunrise lift in minutes without driving or parking. The resort shuttle serves this area in winter.



In summer, it’s about a one-mile walk to the village along a pleasant route. The location is ideal for skiing, golfing, Sky High Adventure Park, the mountain coaster, pools, and the golf course. The area stays quiet with wooded surroundings, while restaurants and shops are just a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

The townhouse is in the Alpine Meadows community directly across the street from Holiday Valley. You can walk to the Sunrise lift at Holiday Valley in just a few minutes, which makes getting on the mountain simple without driving or parking. The resort shuttle also serves this area.



In summer you can walk about a mile into the village, which takes around twenty minutes and offers a pleasant route. This location works well year round for skiing, golfing, and exploring the region. Holiday Valley offers warm-weather attractions including Sky High Adventure Park, the mountain coaster, multiple pools, and the 18-hole golf course.



The area stays quiet with wooded surroundings and quick access to outdoor activities. Restaurants and shops are a short drive away.
