We are conveniently located 18 minutes from our Ellijay Farmers Market, 22 minutes from Cartecay River Experience, and 25 minutes from R and A Orchards. We look forward to your visit!  



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:



Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, two bath towels, one hand towel, one washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, 1- of hand soap for each bath and kitchen, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least two loads. Many of our cabins include more than this essential list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include a $200 Cleaning Fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax.
