Peaceful cabin

The cabin was very nice and located close to the river in addition to being in a gated community. We had a wonderful and very quiet relaxing time there and would go back again.

Peaceful, easy feeling…this cabin won’t let you down!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very thoughtfully equipped and attractively decorated. The setting is lovely and convenient. Hosts are very hospitable and attentive. We’d love to come back!

Great stay to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. House has literally everything you would need. Beds are super comfy and the house just felt cozy and like home.

Our family had a very nice stay at the cabin. Very clean and neat! The cabin was very well stocked. Owners were very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Secluded Cabin

This is a beautiful, secluded cabin in the mountains. It’s only a short drive to Blue Ridge. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable with quality linens and pillows. The only thing that was missing is a dresser for clothing in the master bedroom.

Secluded and perfect Getaway

It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary! Cabin was immaculate with so much care and attention to every detail throughout the cabin. We've stayed at many cabins throughout the years but this one stood out as one of the best! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Owners reached out to make sure we had all the things that we needed and to answer any questions that arose. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you for your hospitality. We'll done.

Had a wonderful peaceful time..occasional deer seen and geese near river.

Had a peaceful time, enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated cabin, Could use some dimmer lights at night. Enjoyed the occassional deer and geese near river. Did have a problem getting back in at gate.. a couple of times and could not find our names either...we thought possible new hires, in training...

Great place to stay

Photos don't do the place justice. Many kitchen amenities, detailed and prompt communication, clean space. Near other homes but completely surrounded by nature so you're totally secluded but not cut-off. Privacy and silence, just how we like it. River near house is for looks only but hosts were very helpful with suggestions including fishing the nearby Toccoa river. We definitely suggest it now, as well! There is also a park in the campgrounds where you could put in the water, fish, sit, etc. There are so many great places to visit the water nearby and you won't find better hosts in all of Ellijay.

Cozy peaceful home

Our family loved our stay at this home. It is so cozy and peaceful with two screen porches perfect for coffee or tea and a good book while surrounded by the sights, smells and sounds of mountain nature. The host responded quickly to all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure our stay was the best it could be.

Peaceful and Private Perfection

Cabin is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches such as easily accessible extra electrical outlets, night lights, extra fans, heater and plenty of towels. Loved the matching soap /shampoo /conditioner /lotion /dishwashing soap dispensers - a very nice convenience. The small ceramic bowls for jewelry at bedside & bathroom and small refrigerator in the lower level bedroom is also a nice touch. The gas fireplace was very easy to operate and worked great. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes & appliances - exactly as described. Also has a nice pantry area. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area. Very responsive owner. Great property.

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing!

This is a beautiful cabin nestled in a very private spot on a mountain inside a nice resort community. We basically felt like we had the mountain to ourselves because you can't see any other cabins and they can't see you. The outside, the grounds, and the inside of the cabin are all very new, nice, well-decorated, and well-kept. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept very well (I'm sure other beds were fine but that is the one I slept in). The basement area is extra private if you're wanting to get away from the kids for a while and watch a movie or whatever in peace and quiet. Appliances were all pretty new, including some that were brand new. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. The pools, rec room, and game room are all very nice and well-kept, and the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the mini-golf, the pools, game room with arcade games, pool table, air hockey, etc. My teenage son loved that they had real weights, bars, dumbells, and machines in the gym in addition to all of the cardio equipment. The owners of this cabin were incredibly hospitable, friendly, pleasant, and helpful from before booking all the way through when we checked out. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. Ellijay is a very relaxing, laid-back getaway spot. Small and not crowded, but still plenty to do with nice restaurants and an awesome movie theater with newer, very nice facilities, including big reclining chairs, all for a ticket price that is lower than what we pay at home. We stayed for 5 nights... we loved it and will definitely go back!!!

Private & Cozy Modern Mountain Retreat

Cabin was wonderful! Very clean, everything you could possible need was there. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin! It was perfect with a gorgeous view!! Would definitely stay here again.
