“We have stayed in other hotels in Hays in the past and we were ready to try something different. We are very happy with our recent day at this hotel. The building was clean and modern with lots of natural light and pleasing colors. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was also a great size. The elevator worked quickly and the breakfast was quite nice. The next time we have a stay over in Hays, we will return.”

“The house was in a good location. Only street parking is available, but it was convenient and there was always space. The house is definitely “antique”, but everything worked; water flowed, toilet flushed, lights came on, etc. Wood floors squeeked throughout the house. Hosts are available via text only and were not always responsive. Even though breakfast is included, it was nothing to write home about. You are probably better off going somewhere else for food. All in all, not a bad stay,...
