“This was the perfect location and the host was responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable and even after tightening the frame it squeaks with the littlest movement. My husband actually went to sleep on the hide-a-bed towards the end of the stay (we went out and purchased a mattress pad to make it more comfortable) because the bed hurt his back so much. “We had a great time staying in the Marina side Bow condo. It had plenty of space for three adults. My father, who is 87, appreciated the peacefulness of the location. He could sit outside and watch the workings of the marina. It was relatively close to Bar Harbor and Acadia where we spent most of our time. Christie made a book that gave many recommendations which was very helpful. When I reached out to her, she was super responsive as well. I would highly recommend this condo if you want...

"Good hotel overall: clean, spacious rooms, well organized, and a convenient free shuttle to downtown every 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my “ocean view” balcony room was right in front of the air conditioning units and the restaurant’s exhaust chimney. Constant noise and fried food smell made it impossible to sleep well or enjoy the balcony. These rooms should not be priced the same as unobstructed ocean views. Poor management decision that shows little attention to guest comfort."
