  • Located within walking distance of Marlboro Beach, this contemporary cottage is perfect for your next coastal getaway. Tucked away among the trees, this peaceful retreat boasts two floors of modern conveniences and a fantastic outdoor space ready for family barbecues, quiet afternoons, or fun-filled evenings gathered around the firepit.

    Inside, brew up the perfect mug of morning java or prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four, or head out to the patio for an alfresco experience. Upstairs, settle into the furnished loft to stream your favorite movies or shows or kick back with a mug of hot tea and a good book on rainy or snowy days.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The property seems new and in great condition overall. The amenities were fairly minimal (not a lot of dishes, low-end coffee maker, not a lot of comfortable places to sit). The location was good and the design of the property itself is good.

Nice private place near Acadia

This place was great and private. Lots of windows but neighbors aren’t too close. It was very clean and cozy. About 45 minutes from Acadia and Bat Harbor made it near enough but not too in the city. Loved the place!

We loved this cabin! It is secluded enough to feel like you have privacy, yet close enough to Ellsworth for groceries and of course Acadia National Park! Highly recommend!

Summer fun in Acadia

The house was lovely and clean. It was quiet and secluded but close enough to amenities. The proximity to Acadia NP was what drew us and it did not disappoint. Wish our stay was longer.

Quick trip to Bar Haeboe

Acadia National Park, amazing views, if your feeling adventurous hike the Beehive trail and take a cold dip in the ocean. Take a walk down town and take in the local restaurants and shops.

Acadia Stay

This house is very cute and has everything you need for a getaway close to Acadia. The place is roomie enough and has a great outdoor area to use for a fire, or sit outside to relax. There was plenty of towels; dishes, and appliances to use during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Place

Great place to stay, a bit hard to find at first because it is behind another house but once we figured that out, we fully enjoyed the place. About 30 minutes from Bar Harbor but with traffic, sometimes closer to an hour. Very clean, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you are in the staying in the area.

Bay Harbor Stay in Lemoine.

We loved the private location and the fire pit. Marlboro Beach was close. The house overall is very cute but the property was not maintained. Items broken and not fixed for our arrival.

Acadia in the fall

Our first time in Acadia, chose this location for the fire pit and access to the park without paying the prices in Bar Harbor. It was about a 25 min drive to Acadia but the drive was scenic! About 10 mins from grocery store. The place itself was clean Kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

Nice Place, Great Location

This property is very nice. Newer building. Open interior. About 30 minutes of easy driving to Acadia. You can easily get to both sides of penisula.

Quiet and off the beaten track

Out in the woods but still close to civilization. Very comfortable, except for the pillows. Bring your own. We loved the grill and fire pit and being outside. Sleek and modern but cozy inside. Highly recommend!

The coffee pot was very old and could use an update. Dishwasher door would not close. Had to wash by hand. Generous supply of toilet paper, towels, hand towels. Plenty of hot water. Beautiful scenery

We loved the exterior, the privacy, and the location. This house though needs a deep cleaning and needs to be maintained for the price per night. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we got there, felt like the floors have not been mopped in a long time, dust on base boards, dust on oven vent in kitchen, cabinets need cleaned, walls need cleaned or repainted, etc. Like I said…it’s an awesome place but it needs deep cleaned and maintained for what they ask per night. Also, the place was hard to find at night. We didn’t realize it was down a long lane!

Amazing Stay

The house was impeccable. It was as clean and as comfortable as home. A perfect spot for our family of four in town for a wedding and a trip to Acadia. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for cooking/grilling and a beautiful outside setup. The owners thought of EVERYTHING down to little bottles of shampoo! We also really appreciated the washer in dryer. The location was perfectly off the beaten path and we enjoyed evenings stargazing. We enjoyed the proximity to several of Acadia's trails and to town. Thank you again for a perfect stay!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured that every detail was taken care of, making our experience seamless and stress-free.We can’t recommend this gem enough! If you’re looking for a perfect escape with comfort, charm, and a touch of Maine magic, this is the place to be. We will absolutely be returning!

Good Location but short on essentials

Had 4 guest but was a challenge with basic items. (Only 3 spoons, knives, salad bowls, etc) Pots went from 1.5 qt to next being probably 3 gal. Only 3 chairs by fire pit. Seem it could of been easy to insure these were not an issue. Property mgr didn't seem to care. I found it disappointing that they stated they don't provide "extras". If you advertise for 4 guests there should be 4 of everything!
