“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities.”

“Staff is awesome. Room was clean. Landscaping need some care and tidying up.”

“Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.”

“Once again, another hotel floor that has never been cleaned. My son's feet were coal black from walking around barefoot after taking a shower. I had to request that they mop and vacuum the floors.”

“The location is OK. It feels like you're definitely in a very industrial or business area. The hotel feels old and showing it's age. The staff was quick and helpful when we asked for anything. A few things that are first world problems. No microwave. There is only one tiny microwave by the service desk. They lay out of the bathroom is extremely crammed. To get into the shower you have to get in, squeeze through the toilet, close the door to access the shower. The hallways don't seem to have...

“I recently went on a 5 day road trip, and this was the last hotel of the bunch. I spent 2 nights here. The negatives: As soon as I walked into the room (non smoking room), it smelled like your grandma that smokes inside sprayed some febreeze in there. As a non smoker this really hurt my stay, and I tried not to hang out in the room for long because of this. The hotel itself is rather odd. It’s connected to a Menards and my girlfriend said it was very backrooms coded, and very creepy in some...
