Escape to a peaceful retreat in our spacious Coachmen motorhome, tucked among towering pine trees on our private property in Big Flats, New York. The RV is situated on a spacious double lot, which is shared with our main home located approximately 150 feet away. While we’ll be nearby if you need anything, the RV has its own designated outdoor space so you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay with plenty of privacy. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a weekend adventure, or simply a quiet place to unwind, this unique RV stay offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience.
Wake up to birds singing, sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature, and spend your evenings relaxing around your private fire pit under a sky full of stars. Our property offers the peaceful feeling of country living while still being just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and some of the Southern Tier’s best attractions.

Bring your kayak or use ours and launch from the nearby Fitches Bridge Boat Launch on the beautiful Chemung River. Spend the day paddling peaceful waters, fishing, or simply enjoying the scenery before returning to relax around your campfire.
