Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter.
Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. ”

“Carpet in my room was dirty. Staff were unable to help with a taxi. Breakfast was 15 minutes late starting which caused large queue.”

“Reception staff were very helpful but restaurant staff were slow to serve. There were very few customers and after giving us the menu and us waiting half an hour, I had to find a different member of staff to come and take my order. This said the restaurant staff were courteous and friendly.”

“Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really .
Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse .”
