“The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. I can’t be the only one who dislikes loose hairs in a hotel room (or anywhere for that matter). It was not dirty, it just...
“The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance...

“The managers Lynn and Denise were so friendly, sending an inviting message prior to check in as an introduction was a very nice touch. Lynn was very friendly, accommodating and I needed a little extra time on check out and Denise allowed for that without any hassle. The place was quiet, well maintained and would stay again if back in the area. ”
“Nice property for the price. Wish a king size bed option was available, but other than that everything was clean and functional. Also, good shower pressure and good bar soap! ”

This was discovered after i went to the front desk to ask for the location and then walked a long distance yo get to the machine. I had just gotten off the road and was very tired. Had to get back in my car to go purchase soda.”
