“La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”

“Room was very cold on arrival, very musty smell throughout the whole building, carpet in the bathroom which seems unhygienic, lots of dead spiders in the window and the room itself wasn't very clean. When I wanted to complain there was nobody around so ended up leaving the key at the desk and driving home ”

“What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

“Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth. Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful. I booked with hotels.com. I was disconcerted to receive repeated, unexpected, curious-looking emails and phone messages threatening to cancel my booking if I didn't send my government id and a...

“Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. ”

“My daughter & I had a lovely stay! Comfy beds and clean room! Plenty of parking space! We didn’t have food as we were meeting my other daughter for a meal in Nottingham! Would definitely stay again!”
