“terrible staff member”

“Staff are phenomenal and quite helpful. We stayed for a week, and on the second day front desk offered us an upgrade to a suite for the remainder of our stay. Very helpful to store ice packs due to recent injury. Good breakfasts and appreciated the lemon water in the afternoons. Great location with so many restaurants within walk or short drive. ”

This is not a luxury or vacation style hotel, but it serves its purpose well for short stays. “The halls, stairwells, and room floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. The bathroom floor had hair on it, and the bathtub had what looked like blood on it. The phone was filthy. The room was very dusty and could not possibly have been cleaned. This hotel definitely needs to be renovated. That's ok. I can deal with old, but I do expect the hotels I stay in to be spotless. This hotel was far from that!”

“Room was clean. Pet rooms smell pretty gross though they need new carpeting and the breakfast area is tinnnnyyyy. Waffles for breakfast delicious. Great kitchen staff. The girl at the front desk was pretty rude about early check in and the parking lot was empty.”
