“Struttura decadente. Appena si entra si è invasi da profumo eccessivamente forte per camuffare male odore di cucina del bar accanto all’hotel. L’albergo da l’idea di una struttura fantasma…anche il diner nell’hotel non è utilizzabile in attesa che qualcuno rilevi la gestione. Stanza abbastanza pulita ma letto e cuscini scomodi. L’hotel non dispone di parcheggio quindi occorre parcheggiare nei dintorni. Nel complesso discreto ma senza pretese ”

It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.”

“Check in was all done virtually and responses via text were prompt. We stayed in the Madison (on the first floor) and our room was lovely. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the shower was great.”

“I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.”

“The property is older so dont expect a more modern hotel, but it was quiet and served its purpose and breakfast is standard. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was very nice. The only thing was no microwave in the room even though it was advertised as such, although im sure if i said something they would have fixed the issue. ”
