“The staff at front desk were helpful. The condo had goldfish cracker on the floor, and row of staples on the floor. It also had a pretzel in the pullout, and red candy stuck to the bottom of the pullout mattress.”

“The staff was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed a drink at the bar later in the evening. The bartender ensured we were happy with our drinks! The breakfast room was a long way from our room and there was a problem with the decaf coffee - a minor inconvenience. The pool was even further away but, we ended up with no extra time to swim anyway. Our rooms were comfortable and clean.”

“I LIKED HOW QUIET THE MOTEL WAS AT NIGHT. I DID NOT HERE ANY SOUNDS FROM THE OTHER ROOMS NEARBY.THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. SORRY I DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BREAKFAST. THE SHOPS AROUND THE MOTEL WERE VERY PLENTIFUL, IT WAS HARD TO DECIDE WHICH RESTAURANT TO GO TO.”

“My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when I'm in the area.”

“Our room was filthy. Garbage under the bed and in the corners, including a used tin of chewing tobacco, beer caps, moldy food rappers, and dead bugs all over the floor by the window. Both beds had dead bugs in it too. Pillow cases were dirty with what looked like sweat marks. Makes you wonder if the sheets were even cleaned at alll.
