“Our stay was May 31st-June 3 2024. The house was perfect and the location was just as described. All you need to do is walk out the back door and the beach was there. The house had everything we needed. Amy the owner was so sweet and available anytime we had questions. I am very picky on where we stay and I would definitely recommend staying here. We had 9 of us in our group and had plenty of room.”

“We had a great stay at the cottage with our three children and dogs. There was plenty of sleeping room for everyone. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for the week. I loved that the shed had all the beach essentials: wagon, chairs, beach umbrella so I didn't need to buy and hall those items with us :)”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. Everything was exactly as advertised and the pictures posted are 100% accurate. The communication with Jamie was prompt and professional. The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. I would recommend this house and look forward to perhaps visiting again one day.”

“First I will say that Kellie, the owner, is excellent. She was very communicative and handled any issues we had upon arrival. Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. It’s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring.”

“Great accommodation! So nice and clean. Kitchen was super well stocked with dishes, cookware of all types, utensils, flatware, etc., etc. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the pool, a bit brisk, but really nice for mid May. Golf cart was nice to have, operating instructions were provided for just about everything. We would definitely return.”

“We loved this little renovated property and it was a great location for a family stay at the beach. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook and grill at home as well as several nearby places to eat out. Short walk/drive down to the beach. We rented a golfcart to make this easier but be warned, the neighborhood is boxed in by "no golfcart" roads so there is no where other than the beach to drive to. Everything was clean. We had extra sheets, towels, blankets and even a washer/dryer. We never found...

“The house is great and the owner was very responsive but there are a lot of dos and don’ts. It’s a little hard to completely relax and not worry about accidentally doing something wrong. The primary access to the beach via golf cart was closed for bridge repairs the first part of our week. That was inconvenient! But the screened porch and the outdoor shower made up for everything!”

“Have vacationed in the outer banks and Carolinas for 30+ years. Overall the home is in an excellent location with a nice size private pool. But I can say I would not rent again. The cleanliness of the home was not up to standards we cleaned our own bathrooms upon arrival. The beds are extremely worn and the room with the 2 queens had one bed with 2 mattresses the top noted to have a large stain and we had to put the second mattress on top.
