Bedroom 3 comes equipped with one full over full bunk bed and one full bed, ideal for families or groups traveling together;

Golf Cart Policy:

Signed Liability Waiver Agreement are Required to have access to the Golf Cart for your stay.
Rules are provided as well as directions and operating instructions
Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the golf cart contract and liability waiver agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.

The address is a duplex with Units A and B. Your stay will be at The Point Oasis on Unit B. You will have access to the entire unit. There is a shared internal stairwell/storage area.
