Goditi viste mozzafiato da questa meravigliosa casa classica sull'oceano. Come proprietà esposta a sud, godrai di albe e tramonti incredibili dal ponte superiore e dal ponte delle dune.
Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi e parcheggiare o trovare l'accesso alla spiaggia più vicino; avrai il tuo accesso privato, diretto sull'oceano e un ampio parcheggio. Sono ammessi quattro veicoli per lato; se tu e il tuo gruppo noleggiate Summerplace East and West, sarete in grado di parcheggiare otto veicoli all'interno della proprietà.

Summerplace East ha un totale di 4 camere da letto (2 al piano superiore, 2 al piano inferiore) e 2 bagni completi (uno al piano superiore e al piano inferiore), una cucina ben attrezzata con un grande tavolo a cavalletto (perfetto per deliziosi pasti in famiglia o giochi) e una vita accogliente camera.
Il ponte al piano inferiore è attrezzato con una grande doccia calda / fredda chiusa, ampi posti a sedere all'aperto, un grande tavolo da picnic e una parete divisoria per la privacy. Il ponte al piano superiore ha posti a sedere integrati, una partizione per la privacy e posti a sedere per godere di quella vista da milioni di dollari! Il ponte delle dune ha sedili integrati che sono perfetti per godersi il panorama senza farsi sabbia nelle dita dei piedi. Inoltre, c'è un'altra doccia calda / fredda e un rubinetto / tubo dell'acqua sulla passerella verso il ponte delle dune, perfetto per il risciacquo della sabbia e del sale.

Total perfection

Before we even checked in our host was wonderful at communicating and that didn’t stop after check in, she continued to text to ask if we had any questions and she gave helpful tidbits of info. The house eas so clean and smelled fresh and taken care of. Everything was exactly what we expected and more. The outdoor enclosed shower was a game changer, LOVED! There was a sandy area right behind the house for the kids to play in without the adults having to leave the back deck and venture to the ocean, but the ocean was absolutely amazing also! I cant say enough good things about this house and the hosts, thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Shore beats Work!

Our first family Vacation with our first grandchild. The place was perfect, easy access to beach, nice outdoor shower, great amenities, very clean, 2 very relaxing decks with perfect views. Summerplace East shore was beachy and met all of our vacation needs and more!

Excellent Location!

This house is steps from the beach and has a large outdoor area with adequate seating for dining out. There are 2 outdoor showers which really helps if you have young children. We just took the shampoo outside! The house is older but spacious and very clean with all of the amenities you will need. Air conditioning works great! I would definitely recommend.

Great Family Getaway!

Great getaway property ... family friendly, quiet, peaceful and well equipped. The owners are super and there when you need them. Very welcoming and nice. Would most definitely rent again.

Perfect Emerald Isle experience

Summerplace East was wonderful and ideal for our two families of four. Marge was very attentive; all check-in/out instructions super easy. House is well-stocked and the outdoor shower is great. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

Our party of 5 adults fit perfectly with extra room! Right on the beach with a short drive to stores. It was very quiet and the washer/dryer was a big plus! Communication with the owners was quick. Very accommodating! The beach was not crowded, it felt like we had a private beach! Beds were very comfortable and both decks were very roomy with great views on the second floor! Three bedrooms faced the ocean too! We will be back yearly!

Summer place West

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was very clean, owner had linen out in each room upon arrival. Had all dishes and appliances we needed. Beautiful Ocean views. Would recommend this property to anyone and may look for this property again.

Cute beach house!

This house is very clean and nicely decorated. I always try to leave places cleaner than I find them but the only thing I found to clean up was the game box! I think this would be a tight fit for 9 people.

Making Memories

Beautiful ocean front property with awesome views! Layout was good. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook up some delicious meals and there is a grill! Amanda is amazing to work with!

Stayed at this place because brother is serving as a Marine at Cherry Point. Wanted an affordable stay on the beach that he could leave base. Was perfect for the amount of people that came with. Had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were perfect! Thanks Amanda.

Picture Perfect

What a wonderful experience this was. First vacation this year for any of our family and this was the perfect place to gather. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Amanda Haskins, the property owner is great to work with and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a place to spend some great rest, relaxation, and beach time —- pick this one. We are talking about maybe renting both sides for a full family reunion next spring.

Great spot! Great beach cottage! There were only 5 of us in a rental that could hold 9-10. Everything needed for a fun week at the beach is provided. Just add the fun!!!

Excellent ocean front accommodations

Summerplace met and exceeded all of our expectations. Our two families were very comfortable in the home and loved the 2 porches with ocean views. Each room had a smart tv, which is a plus when traveling with children. Summerplace has lovely beach decor, great bed sizes, comfortable mattresses, and is extremely neat and clean. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing Oceanfront for Thanksgiving

We had a great stay at Amanda's place and really enjoyed the convenience of the oceanfront house. The views were amazing and the beach access during the good weather was even better. You won't find another oceanfront house for this good of a deal on the island. House is a duplex and even with a full house next door we didn't even hear the neighbors. Only small issues we had were the direct sunlight the bedrooms get in the morning made it difficult to sleep in, blackout shades would help. Also, the upstairs bathroom was a bit small but worked great for my little ones. We would definitely stay here again!
