Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi e parcheggiare o trovare l'accesso alla spiaggia più vicino; avrai il tuo accesso privato, diretto sull'oceano e un ampio parcheggio. Sono ammessi quattro veicoli per lato; se tu e il tuo gruppo noleggiate Summerplace East and West, sarete in grado di parcheggiare otto veicoli all'interno della proprietà.

Summerplace West ha un totale di 4 camere da letto (2 al piano superiore, 2 al piano inferiore) e 2 bagni completi (uno al piano superiore e al piano inferiore), una cucina ben attrezzata con un grande tavolo a cavalletto (perfetto per deliziosi pasti in famiglia o giochi), e un soggiorno accogliente camera.

LE QUOTE SONO APPLICABILI SOLO PER SOGGIORNI MENO DI 7 NOTTI ... La biancheria da letto e da bagno è inclusa nei soggiorni di 7 notti.

Il ponte al piano inferiore è attrezzato con una grande doccia calda / fredda chiusa, ampi posti a sedere all'aperto, un grande tavolo da picnic e una parete divisoria per la privacy. Il ponte al piano superiore ha nuove sedie in altezza in legno di polietilene (perfette per vedere oltre la ringhiera del ponte), nonché posti a sedere integrati, una zona privata per la privacy e, naturalmente, quella vista da milioni di dollari!
Il ponte delle dune ha posti a sedere integrati che sono perfetti per godersi la vista senza ottenere sabbia nelle dita dei piedi. Inoltre, c'è una doccia calda / fredda e un rubinetto / tubo dell'acqua sulla passerella del ponte delle dune che è perfetta per il risciacquo delle dita sabbiose e la pelle salata; che convenienza!

Great location for a beautiful beach getaway!

Wonderful location right on the beach with easy access and great location on Emerald Isle, away from any crowds. We were 2 families, party of 9 and the house was cozy but fine since most of our time was spent on the beautiful beach. Water and sand were especially nice, even nicer than beaches in South Carolina. House was well equipped, kitchen appliances could have been cleaned a bit better especially items stored in cabinets. This house is great, just be prepared to follow a lot of rules as they are posted all over the house and include making beds when you arrive and sorting bed clothes and towels when you leave (a first for us who are frequent VRBO renters). Overall a very nice vacation location.

Family vacation 2023

We had a great stay at summer place! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week! The owners were in constant communication and answered any questions we had. You could not get any closer to the beach which is where we were most of the time. The house does have very steep steps which is important to note if you have issues with stairs. It also does not have any ice or filtered water so we had to purchase all of that separately which was kind of a pain. All in all we had a great stay!

Perfect Location

The duplex was in a perfect location. Right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants. Perfect size, not too big and not too small. I'm not a fan of the beach houses that you have to go up and down mulitple flights of stairs. Meg is on the ball! If you need anything, she answers quickly! The only recommendation I would make is that if you have adults in your party, bring your own beach chairs as the ones that are provided are more for children.

Best deck and view around!

Because the deck goes down to the sandbar, we felt like we were on the beach even when we were not in the sand! We would be hard pressed to find a better deck and view anywhere. Phil, one of the proprty owners, was in the other side of the duplex our first week there. The 6 of us so enjoyed our daily visits with him.

Amazing!!

This home is absolutely perfect! It’s literally 5 steps from the beach, everything was remodeled up to the day we arrived so it was basically brand new, it’s a quiet place with a beach that was never crowded so perfect for the little ones to run and play! Spent all of our time either on the sand or on the brand new deck sitting in the rocking chairs that overlook the beach and of course watching the dolphins playing 💙 this is by far our favorite rental ever and we will absolutely be back in the future!!

Perfect Week at the Beach

This home is ideally located on the private beaches of Emerald Isle, our favorite beach destinations. The kitchen is big and easy to cook in. We enjoyed home-cooked meals on the deck almost every evening. There was plenty of comfortable places to sit, both inside and out. And the beds, super comfy. By far, this was the best beach vacation we’ve ever had.

Fantastic Property!

My family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 2-11) had a fantastic time at this property. The location was just perfect. Lots of amenities to make our trip easier - all the sand castle toys we could ask for, a high chair, even boogie boards that my kids used every single day. Also appreciated all the USB ports in every room and Roku’s with the tvs . Communication was fantastic too- I really couldn’t ask for anything better all around. A hidden gem!

Summerplace West

We stayed at Summerplace West for several days with friends. The house was very well taken care of and very clean. Everything we needed, plus more, was in the home, including beach chairs which was a big plus as we flew in from out of state. The water was beautiful and the beaches were full of shells. It was a beautiful location and a wonderful, much needed vacation.

Labor day weekend getaway

We had a great time at the place. It was spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Great view. No complaints. Everything worked out well. The owners were very helpful and are kind people. We didn't do any cooking. Basically used it to sleep and shower in. Didn't watch and TV. It was beach, beach, beach mostly. 🙂

Emerald Isle

Easy beach access! Beach toys were a hit with the kids. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. And a table that comfortably seated all 7 of us. WiFi connection reliable. We spent most of our time at home...walking and playing on the beach, relaxing inside or enjoying meals together. Restaurants are nearby (not walking distance). Stairs to second level bedrooms are steep, not easy for little ones or those with knee issues. A couple of things would have made our vacation even better. First, a key to lock the back door so when we were all on the beach we could secure our personal items. (Evidently a vacationer lost the key last year.) Second, a posting with name and location of nearest hospitals. (Unfortunately one of our family members had an allergic reaction that required an immediate emergency room visit.) Overall a location and home we recommend.

2021 Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Emerald Isle. The beach house was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of room for our group of 5, including a 3 year old. The outdoor shower was a real treat ! So much so that we never showered indoors 🤣 The beach was awesome with easy access. Our stay was a real treat. Highly recommend this home.

With a "photo perfect" spectacular view, this oceanfront bright and beachy home was comfortable and peaceful. Vacationing in this home with two best girlfriends (our ages 69-73) significantly enhanced our "girls' road trip" . Loved it!!

Easy, comfortable, relaxing, everything that was provided (tv, technology, kitchen appliances,etc worked beautifully. Great location. Amazing Beach House!

This was our first trip to the Carolina coast - we were blown away. This home is right on the most beautiful beach. The house was cozy and well equipped. The owners were responsive and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Great Beach Rental

We enjoyed all aspects of this rental. It's only 10 minutes from a large quality grocery store. It has only a short boardwalk and then you are on the beach and only a short distance to the water. It is along a long stretch of great walkable beachfront. Loved the upper deck for a morning cup of coffee. Outdoor hoses to clean your feet off as well as a full outdoor shower made keeping the sand outdoors easy. It would be a bit small if you had the full 9 person capacity but otherwise was perfect.

Beach vacation

The property was clean and in a great location! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kitchen was roomy, and we were all able to eat at the table together. It was right on the beach. Even though we had people beside us at the other duplex, we had plenty of privacy. We had a great time!

Wonderful summer 2020 stay

We stayed in this wonderful property in August 2020. We had two families with young children and we were very comfortable. The house is clean, well kept and with many wonderful amenities, including warm outdoor showers. The owners are very attentive and have kept the house in great condition. The days were spent soaking up the sun and riding waves. The evenings were colored by beautiful sunsets. We love Emerald Isle and can’t recommend the beach and this property enough to other families. Thanks Amanda!
