Oceanfront Home con splendida vista!

Sistemazioni: Duplex fronte oceano con 4 camere da letto, 3 BA, (un bagno). 10 posti letto per lato.

Fuggi dal nostro duplex fronte oceano a prezzi accessibili con viste mozzafiato sull'oceano. A febbraio abbiamo aggiunto elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile alla cucina. Le foto dei nuovi apparecchi verranno presto aggiunte al sito Web. La casa ha un'atmosfera luminosa, ariosa, ed è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi. Ammira la vista dall'interno o esci fuori sul portico coperto per catturare una brezza di fronte all'oceano. C'è anche una scalinata di dune dalla spiaggia con una panchina e viste più eccezionali. A causa del parcheggio fuori strada limitato di Emerald Isle, le bellissime spiagge non sono mai affollate.

I servizi includono anche servizio wireless ad alta velocità, doccia esterna e lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Informazioni aggiuntive: la posizione unica di Emerald Isle offre case sull'isola albe e tramonti meravigliosi. La nostra casa si trova alla fine di una strada non passante, quindi non c'è traffico. La casa si trova a pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi, golf, kayak, cinema, pesca, mountain bike, parchi acquatici, campi da tennis, da basket, un acquario e molte altre attività. Altri interessi nella zona includono visite alla storica Beaufort, Fort Macon, Swansboro, 1/2 o gite di un giorno intero a Hammocks Beach State Park o Cape Look Out. (Entrambe queste isole non hanno alcuna casa o sviluppo commerciale e hanno grandi bombardamenti.)

Absolutely loved this home. You could tell that it was well loved. The kitchen is stocked with the little things you need, like spices, and the pots/pans, dishes, etc., are well stocked. Beds are comfortable, and towels are fluffy. My suggestion, if you are traveling with teens, is to get them a bike rental. There is not much within easy walking distance, but plenty within riding distance.

Perfect getaway

A nice house right on the beach. Well appointed kitchen with everything we could have needed. The dead end street has no vehicle traffic and very little foot traffic. The beach was quiet with very few people even with the public access right there. The duplex was very quiet with guests staying on the other side. Would recommend.

So Wonderful!

My family spent an amazing month at this beach house in July. The house is right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean from the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area. It's a very short walk from the deck, down a few stairs to the beautiful soft sand of the beach. This area of Emerald Isle was very quiet during our stay, which is just how we like it! Debbie, the owner of the house, was exceptionally easy to work with. She had lots of great suggestions on restaurants, local sights and activities for everyone in our group. She was incredibly responsive whenever we texted during our stay. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and toys provided for guests to use during their stay. There were plenty of linens and towels for each bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry items and plenty of pots & pans for homemade meals. Our favorite fresh seafood market (Cap'n Willis Seafood Market) is only a mile down the road and has the best fresh fish and steamed crabs in the area. We put the kitchen to use most nights when we weren't dining at one of the restaurants in the area. After dinner we'd sit on the porch to watch the sunset and enjoy the beach view. Once it was dark we'd go back down to the beach to look for ghost crabs. We didn't turn on the TV once during our stay because there were just too many other things to do and we wanted to soak up as much of the beach as possible! We'd love to book this property again in the future!

Visit Emerald Isle, Oceanfront

Communication was great with the owner. She was very quick to respond, never took more than 24 hours. The only negative of the whole trip was the AC was not working when we arrived. This was due to the drip pan being full. Once we reported it, she was quick to get an HVAC guy to the house. He drained the pan inside of 30 minutes and we were back in operation. The beautiful view of the ocean and beach access were as represented. The house is at the end of the street, so there is no through traffic. The house is not far from the local Food Lion, so getting food and supplies is very easy. The house is equipped with an outside shower for getting sand and salt off of clothes and swimwear. There is also a handy foot wash near the bottom of the stairs. Really enjoyed our stay. Would consider staying there again.

Perfect Thanksgiving at the Beach

Had a wonderful chill relaxing Thanksgiving at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, views were stupendous, weather glorious. Just a perfect experience. Host was great, wonderful communications at all times. The place was as described and a great value. Highly recommend.

Good place

Stay was good house was as described owner sent excellent email of things to do places to eat while down there which was very helpful. House was on the beach , only problem we had was sheets had not been washed on king bed had to strip and wash and towels smelled of cigarette smoke had to wash all that we used prior to using.

Peaceful getaway

Views are amazing, both of the ocean and the stars. Saw a lot of dolphins over the week, nearly every day. On clear nights we could even see the milky way and some shooting stars. The beach is wide, beautiful and not crowded. The host was very gracious and friendly. Hope we can make it back soon.

Great location. Very responsive and helpful owner. Nice to have some necessities provided so shopping could be deferred until convenient. Granddaughter loved the boogie board supplied. Space a bit tight when all beds occupied; a little more open shelving or storage would be helpful.
