The third bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out single trundle.

The condo is newly furnished, freshly painted, and showcases chic tile plank flooring and plantation shutters throughout. Sip your morning coffee on the furnished covered balcony while enjoying the gentle ocean breezes and breathtaking views. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and both a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig for your convenience. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and four flat-screen smart TVs. Families will appreciate the child’s booster seat and pack ‘n play provided for your stay.

Just one building away from ocean access, this unit is perfectly positioned to overlook the dunes. With elevator access and two designated parking spaces, your stay will be hassle-free. The complex offers fantastic amenities, including wireless internet, a community pool, tennis courts, and gated entry. Enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, putt-putt, and water slides for added fun. Linens (bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels) are provided, with beds made for your arrival. Rentals typically run from Saturday to Saturday, but flexible stays are available. Everything was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed. Furnishing was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The beaches were clean and beautiful. Easy access to food and entertainment. Shorewood realty were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back to Emerald Isle! Only thing we had issue with was lack of parking. We only had 2 parking permits and needed a third. There were no options with the condo to have an additional permit. Had to find a location off property to park a car. Other than that I we had a beautiful relaxing week.
