Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. “The overall vibe of the hotel and location was perfect. Very friendly staff and nice welcoming gifts and details. The only thing I missed was a TV in the room but I understood afterwards that it is part of the concept of the hotel. And although my room said to be partially ocean view, this was a minimum but on the otherhand really enjoyed the lounge areas by the pool and sea.”

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.

“Un hotel in centro a Punda. Nella piazza principale. Comodo per il parcheggio (peccato che da ottobre 2024 sia a pagamento dalle 8 alle 18, ma a un costo minimo). “L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 15 min à pied de Willemstad. Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, pour la plupart en tout cas dans les restaurants. À l’accueil c’était parfait. La plage est très bien et les piscines également. Vraiment très compliqué pour réussir à avoir une réservation dans un restaurant à la carte. Il faut faire la file à partir de 10h le matin et souvent tout est déjà complet. Plusieurs restaurants sont souvent fermés. Nous avons bien mangé mais c’était de base quand même....
