The apartment was completely renovated as of August 1, 2024, and is ready for you to move in. It features new flooring, a modern bathroom, and high-quality new furniture, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

On the first floor of the building, there is an office space, and on the first floor, another vacation apartment.
A parking space is available directly in front of the building.

The location is ideal: you’ll be staying right next to the Rhine Park, the Rhine Promenade, and the center of Emmerich am Rhein. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance, so you can easily reach everything on foot.

A special highlight of the apartment is the fireplace and an additional floor with an unobstructed view of the harbor, which provides a unique living experience and plenty of peace and quiet.
