“Madsen made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. His place was clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy the nights. He was very detailed and his guest welcome book was full of valuable information for not just Octoberfest but also the surrounding area. With easy access to public transit, would absolutely stay here again!”

“Everything was built around convenience at this wonderful estate. The host is extremely accommodating for special requests like providing a crib and baby seat, not to mention the beers ready for drinking in the fridge! We loved our stay and the kid loved talking to the surrounding farm animals. Will 100% be returning to this beautiful place.”

“Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert. Ein wunderschönes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhe nicht nur für die Ohren, sondern auch für die Augen. Den Rehen im angrenzenden Wildgehe zuzuschauen, einfach herrlich. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war erstklassig. “We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms worked very well for our family of 5 (kids aged 12, 14, 18). It was very nice to have a patio and yard to enjoy as well as the full kitchen. The house is close to grocery shopping and bus/trains. The hosts were kind and helpful. “Es war alles soweit un Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Allerdings hätte man gerne vor Ankunft mal feucht durchwischen können. Schließlich bezahlt man ja auch für die Endreinigung. Vielleicht war auch länger keiner mehr da. Lage ist top für Erholungssuchende. Man ist zu Gast auf dem Land, das muss einem klar sein, dann passt es.”

“La casetta è composta da due piani, quello terra e quello seminterrato. Quello terra è molto gradevole e vivibile con molta luce, una bella veranda. Quello seminterrato, almeno d'estate quando non si accendono i riscaldamenti è abbastanza improponibile. C'è un'umidità e un odore di muffa come se si stesse in una cantina e dormire lì non è piacevole. Anche il bagno principale è nel seminterrato. Una volta fatta la doccia è così umido che gli asciugamani il giorno dopo sono ancora bagnati....

Aber auch für schlechte Tage bietet das Haus im inneren großzügige Gemeinschaftsfläche und ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. “Es ist eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, können wir nur empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und in der Nähe waren die schönen Berge von Allgäu. In Wolfratshausen,gibt es alles was man braucht. In der Nähe Bus und Zug Verbindung. Haben Nachts gebucht,am nächsten Tag könnten wir schon hin. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Schönes Reiseziel. “The property itself was fine. The room was well appointed, but on the small side. It could use more drawer/closet space. They say they have a gym and laundry, but we followed the signs and it led us through the garage. We never went beyond that since our keycard would not let us back in. It’s conveniently located to the subway system, but there was construction in the area and late night noise. Not many good restaurant options in the area, you’ll have to either Uber or subway it elsewhere....
