"Arrived after 8 pm, immediately saw sign that the hot tub is not open (disappointing but not a deal breaker). Had a prepaid room-after receiving keys was told our room may not be cleaned yet and it may be an hour to an hour and a half…..SERIOUSLY….check in is at 3 pm and others in line were walk ..."

"We had a plan to go north for some cooler weather and some relaxing water time. Rain interrupted most of that plan. The hot tub and kayaks were there the whole week. We just didn't get to them because of the rain.Instead we got the equivalent of a stay at home vacation with some of the best amenities ..."
