“Nice hotel, room clean, beds a little soft. Breakfast is continental so not much to choose from but we knew that when we booked. Pool and hot tub a plus. Overall I would stay here again.”

“Generally the property was clean and well kept up. Some areas were showing their age. One issue was poor wifi, also the coffeemaker in the room failed to operate during my second morning. The property was convenient for my stay and met the need for a comfortable place to bed down.”

“If you have tried to get a hotel near Traverse City in any time except the dead of winter you know that the prices for hotels are bananas. I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump. “The inside is updated and nice, as is the outside of the building. The wood door really should be replaced as it lacks security and privacy. The shade covering the door window is ripped and no longer fits so we hung toilet paper on the sides for more privacy. The unit is decorated nicely; maybe an area rug would give it more of a homey/welcoming feeling. Price was excellent. ”

“Very nice management, changed my room for me because I needed accessibility. Clean room. Very quiet. The mattresses are standard hotel mattresses, a bit firm for my personal tastes, but I slept fine. I’d only note that there aren’t enough electrical sockets around the bed to accommodate CPap and all the electronic gizmos we have these days. I will gladly stay there again.”

“Beds were of a lower quality. There was a short supply of coffee. Cobwebs when one adjusted the window shades. A fat spider on the wall. Cobwebs in bathroom. ”

“The room was clean. Right in town, but the bathroom was terrible, if you have any knee issues. The toilet was not ADA approved. It was like a grade school old fashioned toilet.”

“My wife and I had an enjoyable trip. A few comments on our stay and the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. This is admittedly some of my fault. This is a pet friendly place, not being a pet owner, I should have considered that there would be remnants of pet hair. I had to vaccum the living room furniture prior to sitting on it.
