“This property is fantastic if you want to enjoy the real Tuscan life. The Villa, pool is all that is advertised. Olivia is the property manager and makes your stay everything you could hope for. We spent an entire month with 6 guests per week. Morning day trips afternoons by the pool and evenings watching the sunset with the estates wines. It was a month to remember. Cheers Steve Enna”

“This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

The little house is very stylish and well equipped with a beautiful garden.The pool is on the terrace above around 20 metres from the house but it is very private with lovely trees around the pool area. The location of the house is excellent for touring a lovely area of Tuscany. The house is in a little village above Pistoia, which is actually a little known gem, with really good inexpensive restaurants,...
