“Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of town! Beautiful place inside and out with impeccable attention to detail, gorgeous artwork, super comfortable bedroom and gorgeous bathroom (we were in the Shippen room). Only negatives would be location on the main road so can be noisy if room faces the road, and although extremely clean it was too heavy on the Clorox smell in the bathroom which was overwhelming in the bedroom as well since there were no screens in windows so not possible to...

“Super relaxing. Loved the roosters crowing and the little orange welcome kitty. Pet friendly was refreshing. NO TV was the best surprise! The cool air at night made for a great nights sleep!”

“Room was really clean , bed was extremely comfortable, Extra blankets and pillows if needed. Only thing I would suggest is a hairdryer in the room and makeup remover cloths to save their washclothes. We dont have a good review on the Restaurant. Pasta for my husband was cold along with my soft pretzel fried in fish oil. Smelled and tasted like fish. French onion soup tasted sour like it was old. Sent it all back. Good thing I didnt have an allergy. and service stinks.”

If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small...
