“In the centre of Camp the Residency Club makes a good base and benefits from some good outside space in an otherwise busy town. As a 3 star budget friendly hotel I happily spent 6 days here in one of the small 'Studio', which was more than sufficient for a single traveller, especially as there was the outside and other public areas to use. The al la carte food was good for lunch and dinner, although the buffet breakfast was rather limited. The bar offered a good selection of reasonably priced...

“The rooms are nice and cosy. Staff is also friendly. Don’t provide bathroom scale and despite my several requests, it was declined. I stayed for 2 weeks and wanted the bathroom scale which is standard in most hotels these days. ”

Although the hotel claims to be non-smoking, we were disturbed late at night by someone smoking in the corridor—smoke entered our room and made it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite complaining to the reception, the issue remained unresolved, and their response was dismissive. We had to call a third time just to request a room...

“Avoid this place at all costs! Booked a room with AC as advertised on Expedia. They tried to charge me extra for the AC and were not accepting all the info I had saying AC is included. The staff were completely unreasonable. The WiFi does not even reach the room. The room, sheets, and shower room are dirty and smelly. It's very noisey outside and in. The hotel is gross, piles of litter and overflowing bins in the corridors, and the area is not nice, there are nice places for the same price...
