“I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .”

“We were disappointed that though we had reserved a king bedroom, when we arrived to check in later in the evening we were told there were only two queens to a room left. What's the point of a reservation. The "pillowtop" on the mattress seemed a little lumpy. We really enjoyed the patio area and the pond across the street.”

“予約時から、エキストラベッドの追加を依頼していました。 エキストラベッドの追加ができると記載してあったため、予約しました。 チェックイン時にもそのことを伝え、スタッフからは用意すると言われていましたが、外出の後部屋へ戻るとベッドは届いていませんでした。 何かの手違いかと思い電話で依頼すると、1度目は今向かっている、しばらく待てとのこと。 しかし、しばらく待っても全く来ないため再度連絡すると、エキストラベッドは追加できないと言われました。 であれば、チェックイン時に追加できないと言うべきですし、予約時に何度もメールのやり取りをしているので、その時に言うべきでは？ 3名の宿泊でダブルベッド二台と非常に窮屈な状態で過ごしました？”

“Staff wasn't consistently nice, there were no microwaves in the room, also had to pay for breakfast and the waters that were in the rooms.”

“This place was one of the crappiest hotels ive stayed at probably ever! It wasn't near anything, the water pressure was horrible, got locked out of room twice from them changing locks, woke us up early a.m. by painting the door, fridge opened maybe a foot into the bed, the fan didnt work and windows didn't even Crack either. So many things for the price I payed!!!!!!”
