“A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt.”

“Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again.”

“Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb...

“Great all round clean and everything”

“We stayed at the stables for one week. The place was very beautiful and had all the facilities we needed, except for a coffee maker. The large kitchen with lots of utensils made it easy to prepare food. One minor detail was the lighting: in the evening, the available lights were quite bright. Smaller, cozier lights could greatly improve the ambiance.”

“We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable, in a great area with everything conveniently close by. It’s just a short walk into town, which was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.”

“A deceptively large house which has been beautifully updated. The back dining/kitchen area is lovely. Cute courtyard garden. The car park space is very small and difficult to access. Very close to town centre which was great. Easy to walk into town. Would stay again.”

“Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.”

“If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. “We had a lovely week’s holiday in this excellent cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were nice little touches like tea, coffee and sugar. The torches in the bedside drawers were useful, especially in the night with the step down to the bathroom. The stairs were steep (we are in our late 70’s) but the bannister was good so not a problem. We travelled by train and the cottage was about a 20 minute walk from the station and the same from the town. The car parking would...

“I had such a lovely and relaxing stay in this charming cottage. It has a wonderful old-fashioned character and history while still having everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and convenient, and I felt at home straight away. It was lovely to sit in the garden with my tea in the morning and a drink in the evening watching the bees and butterflies around the flowers.
