Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your stay.


Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining area offers a sociable heart to the home, ideal for morning coffee or evening meals together. Just through from here is a separate, cosy living space, where a corner sofa invites you to sink in and unwind by the warmth of a working fireplace — perfect for chillier evenings. Upstairs, the master bedroom continues the theme, with the same uninterrupted millpond views to wake up to each morning. A second bedroom offers comfortable accommodation for family or friends, with a well-appointed bathroom serving both rooms.

A pergola-shaded patio offers shelter and shade, with built-in bench seating creating the perfect spot for al fresco dining or a lazy afternoon with a book. Train: Emsworth has a railway station with direct services from London Victoria, Brighton, Southampton and Portsmouth Harbour. Once you arrive in Emsworth, the property is around 10 minutes walk away.

Bus: There are bus services connecting nearby towns and villages, between Portsmouth, Chichester and Bognor Regis.

Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Emsworth and then use local roads to reach the property.

The property is the owner's main residence and makes it available for guest stays during absences.
