This group of guests particularly the one that booked were totally exaggerating with their review. Their main complaint which they decided to leave our beautiful property was that there were not 6 individual beds made up. We offered to get someone in to make up an extra bed because they could not make up an extra bed. We come and go. So yes we always leave a meal in the freezer. The grass was cut 4 days prior but unfortunately it rained a lot and it grew. It is a country property and yes the grass grows, the bugs come in especially in the cold!! We also offered them $300 credit for the one unmade bed. Just look at all the amazing reviews we continually receive. We would not change a thing.

We highly recommend Hannah and family to stay at any VRBO property. Our home was left in excellent condition. Thank you for looking after Sam our border Collie and Sooty our cat.
