KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals at home, with generous counter space, modern appliances, and an open layout that keeps everyone connected. BEDROOMS

The first floor features a flexible bedroom with a twin daybed and TV, conveniently located next to a full bathroom—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs you'll find two additional guest bedrooms. One offers a queen bed, while the bunk room features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, making it a favorite for kids or additional guests. These bedrooms share a beautifully appointed full bathroom.

The spacious primary suite is a true highlight of the home, featuring a king bed, a cozy sitting area perfect for morning coffee or quiet reading, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom designed with a spa-like feel.

This unit has a monthly minimum. Stays must be 31 days or more.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the Management and a nonrefundable pet fee.



This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.



This home has 2 driveway parking spots.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair, pac-n-play)



Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
