Questo quartiere privato, bello, pulito e confortevole è una casa per non fumatori di 1800 m² appena ristrutturata. Completamente arredato con tutte le vostre esigenze soddisfatte. Tutto nuovo, ampio soggiorno, cucina nuova, nuovi elettrodomestici, con tre camere da letto e due bagni e mezzo.

Questa casa vanta splendidi pavimenti piastrellati, ripiani in quarzo e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.  Può ospitare fino a 8 persone.  C'è la TV in tutte le camere e un ampio parcheggio per un massimo di 4 auto.

Include internet wireless ad alta velocità, TV via cavo, 2 box auto, lavatrice e asciugatrice e molto altro per il comfort di casa lontano da casa.

Home away from home

We stayed here while our kitchen was being remodeled. Home had everything we needed and the surrounding neighborhood was so peaceful and great for our dogs. I we’ve really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. If you are from out of town it is centrally located to the beach and other areas of interest in North San Diego. The owner was very accommodating.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. John was incredible with providing details, guidance and response to any questions. We are a local family that needed to find a place for several days due to some work being done on our home - this worked perfectly! The neighborhood was great too - very convenient location to all the restaurants, stores, walking paths and even freeways. Definitely a great choice!

Wonderful spot for family to stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely but was disappointed in channels available. Mostly infomercials. Would like better selection of national news. Fox News not everyone taste. CNN or msnbc would have been appreciated. It would have been most helpful to have a laminated sheet posted. Telling us where iron and hair dryer were located. Had to do a treasure hunt. Took us 2 days to figure out how to turn fan on in tv room. Finally found remote tucked away under coffee table. More information would have been appreciated. Lovely decor and excellent location.

Wedding Adventure

We were in town to celebrate the marriage of my son. Obviously with all the planning, things can get a little stressful. John was amazing and accommodating. The house was clean, conveniently located, organized and user-friendly.

Family Reunion Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The home is in a quiet residential area and is very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets provided and having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was well equipped (couldn't find a cutting board?) and there were hairdryers and an iron and board. The home is very convenient to shopping, activities and the beach. We had 7 adults and a 4 year old and felt right at home. Beautiful patio back yard. Would be nice to have chairs out there to enjoy the quiet! Would definitely book again next time we are visiting family in Carlsbad.

Comfortable

Very comfortable home with all the amenities. Tastefully furnished and lots of room. We hit a rather humid week, but the air conditioning in the home really kept us cool and refreshed. We have vacationed in the area many times and would not stay in a rental without air conditioning as some weeks can get quite humid in this area. The location is not far from town and is a 5 mile bike ride to the beaches. For us pony lovers, the home is also just a couple of offramps from the Del Mar race track entrance. And, of course, there are wonderful restaurants galore. Should you have any questions, the very responsive owner is just a quick email or call away.

Pristine, comfortable, and a short drive from Carlsbad beaches, restaurants, and shopping

On a busy memorial day weekend, we lucked out to find this rental! We had a "guys weekend" with two men and 15-year-old sons. We came to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and activities surrounding the Leucadia, Oceanside, and Carlsbad beaches. This unit was a quick 10-minute drive to Moonlight Beach and Carlsbad beach, two of our favorites. It is also within 5 minutes drive of grocery stores. It resides in a residential development and feels like a nice safe neighborhood. If you want to party and be loud I don't recommend this place because this is a nice slightly upscale neighborhood. When we checked in we were surprised to see everything in such pristine condition. Everything is new or nearly new! All of the beds, we didn't try the sofa sleeper bed, were incredibly comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. The bathrooms were clean and modern with nice towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The entire place is tastefully decorated and enjoyable. In the garage, we found two new boogie boards, three beach chairs, and two new beach umbrellas. In the master bedroom closet was four new thick beach towels. This all made for a wonderful day when we went to the beach. Also in the garage are brand new modern laundry machines. The back patio doesn't have patio furniture or a BBQ as of now, but it would be a great way to eat outdoors at some point should the owner add furniture. But, he may not want to promote people on the patio because it might disturb the neighbors should people be too loud. We met the owner, John, and he is the type to be concerned about your enjoyment and satisfaction. We made a recommendation that without a BBQ he should have a broiler pan for steaks and he dropped two new broiler pans off that evening. There is nothing within easy walking distance, but if you have a car this is a comfortable place to stay and only a short drive to stores and the beaches. I would happily return!
