This private gated home just minutes form the beach has 5 bedrooms with a theater room. The landscaping of this property will capture you to never want to leave. A private pool and spa, bbq and outdoor dining with multiple fireplaces create a wonderful experience. There is also a sports court where you can practice chipping and putting or just let the kids run around. Close to Rancho Santa Fe, minutes to the free way, and a short drive to the best North County beaches.

Fun at Casa de Morgan

This is really a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the lock on the door but that was remedied. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and we spent a lot of time outside because of the great weather. One of the outside fire pits didnt work for us but there was another one that was perfect. Overall it is a beautiful place and really nice for a family stay.

Great Family Vacation Home!

Beautiful property nestled in the Rancho Santa Fe/Encinitas area only a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches in the around. The house is very spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining and family area. There is a separate dining are for more formal dining and a lovely seating area with a fireplace at the front of the house. Upstairs there is a gorgeous spacious master suite with a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning! There is 3 more bedrooms upstairs (1 en-suite) a bathroom and an office type area. Outside there is a heated pool and hot tub, multiple seating areas and some fire pits. The have a large heated patio area where we ate out most nights. There is also a bonus tv area at the pool that our kids really enjoyed. Jesse the host was always available to help with anything we needed. This is a great family home in a great area that I would have no hesitation recommending!

Beautiful property

Gorgeous house on a very private, beautiful property. Great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect blend of private oasis and location to downtown areas and beaches.

This place is even better than pictured, the views from the property over the mountains are incredible. It feels like you have a private oasis with incredible amenities but you are still less than 20 minutes (door to door) to some of the best beaches and towns in the area. The people in the area are so lovely and welcoming. Jesse could not have been a better host, he was incredibly responsive and provided so much helpful information when we arrived. Initially, there were repairs scheduled to be needed for one tub on one day while we were going to be there but Jesse warned us and gave us the option prior to our arrival and a very fair discount for our stay. It turned out that the repairs didn't need to happen during our stay, which made it even better for us but his up front disclosure and the options he provided, made us go with this place over others and I am so glad we did. We spent evenings sitting by one of the two fire pits, or at the outdoor dining area with space heaters getting to enjoy the views and the outside as much as possible. The speaker system throughout the house and in the BBQ area really added to the experience and the ambiance. The little details of comfort spread through the home added to feel from the incredibly soft throw blankets and comfy couches, to the great towels, and the shower shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. It had everything you could need to grill out or to cook an amazing dinner (which we did several times). The theater room was amazing although we only used it once. Everything was really clean when we arrived and check-in was easy and contactless. I would definitely highly recommend this space to anyone - we'll definitely be back!

2020 Thanksgiving

Absolutely loved our stay. We have stood in many houses and this one has definitely raised the bar. Such a great home, we never left house (5days). Great entertaining home for friends and family. It is beautifully decorated, landscaped and secure. All the amenities of home and then some. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or spread out to relax and enjoy the views. Great location to a number of attractions and amenities during your stay. The property owners were great! If available, we will definitely be back!
