Escape to this spacious beach rental, just a 2-minute stroll from the soft sands and surf of the beach! Located in a prime spot, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience with dining, shopping, and entertainment just around the corner.

This freshly renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is just steps from Encinitas Beach. Whether you're here to relax, explore the local sights, or hit the waves, this beautiful home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for large families or groups. With ample living space, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location, your beachside retreat awaits. Dine al fresco, enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets in any one of our private patios.

The Home Includes:
5 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, A fully equipped kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. High-end fixtures, Free wifi, smart TV’s (bring your own logins) fresh towels, toiletries and beach gear are all provided.
Master suite has a king bed, a full-size crib and en-suite bathroom
2nd bedroom has a king bed
3rd bedroom has a king bed
4th bedroom has a twin over a queen loft bed
5th bedroom has a king bed.
High-end fixtures, fresh towels, toiletries and beach gear are all provided.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
Short term rental permit: RNTL-031310-2024
Max occupancy 11 guests including infants
Parking for up to 2 vehicles, 1 car in the garage and 1 car on the driveway.
City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 8am. Outdoor facilities are off limits during this time.
Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras are present for city compliance.
A rental agreement will be sent via email, we must have this signed agreement in order to send your check in information.
We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
You must be 25 or older to book with us.
We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival: extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.

This is not a stand alone house like advertised. It is a duplex with the bedrooms in a dungeon stetting. There were bugs everywhere and termites and spiders. Stains on the furniture and it is not upscale at all. It was a cheap remodel with low quality finishes and the beds are futons and not real mattresses. They have cameras everywhere and there monitoring all the time So there is no privacy.It was so difficult to confirm the reservation. Very difficult staff and they are all remote. No one local.The location is good.Good luck if you stay there and dealing with a pedantic ownership group that has false advertisement about the duplex and not a single family house.

Excellent house in great neighborhood

Everyone in our group agreed - it was a 5 star stay. We appreciate your prompt response whenever we made a request. The property was very roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect - Pannikin for coffee in the morning and a walk to the beach in the evening for sunset. We are planning a return trip and hope to stay in "our house on Athena" again.
