“Very clean, basic but just what I needed. Lolcation looking over the adjacent park was lovely in a suburban area, felt like I was in the bush. Check in/out was easy, host answered my call when I confused the water tap in shower. I was staying as visiting nearby family from overseas and would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting me!”

“Esternamente la struttura è bella. Però al interno ci sono parecchi problemi! Il front-office staff e cortese e disponibile. Purtroppo, internamente l’albergo è in un stato di degrado. Le nostra camera era molto sporca. Nelle lenzuola, di colore giallastro, abbiamo trovato dei capelli. Il front-office staff a dovuto cambiarle. Ci hanno detto che non era la prima volta. Intoro alle finestee molto sporche c’erano delle ragnatele. La colazione era pessima e i piatti e le stoviglie parecchie volte...

“A very old riverboat with great amenities, in a wonderful location on the edge of the river surrounded by birdlife and reed beds. Exceptional breakfast provided also.”

“House has all you need, good communication from host. Didnt end up taking the dog, but yard was more than suitable if we had.”

“Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.”

“Generally pretty clean however pillow had mould - pillows and duvets need to be appropriately cleaned regularly. ”
