“I was only in Portland one night to attend a wedding, and needed a place to stay near the venue. I also needed a reasonable price. This simple, basic motel was perfect. There are no amenities to speak of - no free breakfast, or even coffee - no pool. There is guest laundry, but I didn't need it. My room was clean and fresh. The AC worked and wasn't noisy. I didn't even turn on the TV. The internet was fast and easy to access. The front desk staff was great! If you want a basic, no frills place...

“I had a great experience staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Tigard! I needed an affordable solution for a quick overnight during my road trip to the coast, and this place was perfect. The room was clean, quiet, and nice, and they offered a fantastic continental breakfast for free. Great coffee too!”

“I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!”

“The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”

“I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! “I would not highly recommend it the fact that they don't have your room ready on time when you get there the communication for rooms is horrible and not only that when they say there is a refrigerator or microwave in the room wasnt available and the tendant said none none of the rooms have them”

“In-house breakfast isn’t very elaborate; no protein options like eggs, sausage, etc. at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day. There are plenty of shops nearby. I had to reprogram my keycard like 5 times because it got demagnetized (from being near or in my phone wallet, AirPods, even my actual wallet), so make sure to keep it away from all electronics; they’re really sensitive I guess. Staff was very helpful and kind.”
