“Lighting in room was hideous. Shower dripped. No housekeeping at all.”

“Breakfast was great. The hotel room itself was ok. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the hot water made a very annoying loud noise. There was even writing on the back of the bathroom door. Cable tv and internet provided and quiet location near the hotel. Coffee and tea and cookies available all day. ”

“Under construction, staff was less then professional or courteous. Toilet kept making noise every 15 minutes. When calling front desk, no one ever answered so we went and bought our own toilet paper.”

“Was always the only place myself and all my family members would stay in Freeport Maine. I'm so disappointed that such a beautiful inn has deteriorated to what it is today.I wish the new owners the best of luck. They have a major task to bring this landmark Inn back to a class A destination.”
