“I had a great stay at L'Hermitage. The staff were always super helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was very clean and spacious and the hotel is located in the heart of downtown where everything is within walking distance. I borrowed a complementary bike from the hotel on one of the days and the staff member made sure I had everything including some bottles of water which showed they really do care for their guests. I wish I took her name so I could mention it here.”
