“Overall the condo was ok. We had to wash the dishes and utensils before using. Only had 1 roll of tp in each bathroom so had to go buy more. Someone had left a hairpiece on floor, fake eyelash left in master bedroom, coins left on carpet which told me they weren’t vacuumed. Had to clean island before using it. Several window shades (louvre) were off allowing people to see inside. Glad we were on second floor ”

“This might have been an isolated issue in this condo. The unit had not been cleaned. Dirty towels on bathroom floor, dirty dishes in the sink, garbage and pizza box on the counter, unmade bed, and dirty floors. Contacted the host only to find out the house keepers were already gone. These are different house keepers than the lodge use. At 5:00, the host had booked us a room directly with the lodge which was a relief because they only had two rooms left. “To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. “The condo was a great get-away for us. Our host was highly responsive and gave us great information. He answered our questions very quickly. The staff of the lodge are over-the-top excellent in customer service. We enjoyed the walking trails, hot tub and pool. We would definitely rent this condo again. ”

“We arrived at Suncadia at 2 AM after a concert at the Gorge. Upon check-in, we went up to the room and found a tray of dirty room service dishes in front of the door. Once entering the unit, we discovered a bunch of wadded up wet towels around a leak in the toilet. The toilet seat had plastic residue on it, and toilet would not flush.
