“To be clear this is a basement apartment of a family home. Accommodations were fine, bed was really comfortable, everything was clean, but you hear the family upstairs quite a bit which does ruin any illusions of true privacy.”

Missing fixtures, piss poor amenities, the app stopped working about halfway through my stay and I couldn't view messages when I needed to, and whoever cleaned after the enormous Great Dane that was staying there before my cats, didn't do their job.
