“Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

“We loved the property with the clean rooms and enjoyed the pools and hot tub was wonderful. Great service but the beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and very hard. Maybe an update on those would be nice. That’s a big factor in deciding to come back because the hard beds didn’t work out. ”

“Great little Motel situated on the North side of Ephraim, just a few minutes away from Sister Bay. Clean. Economical. Easy check-in and checkout. Nice breakfast with both hot and cold options and shady spots to eat around the pool. Small business with easy parking. If you're looking for a nice but less expensive place to stay, this motel is a great option.”

“Wonderful resort with access to a small private beach and nice balconies with view and lovely flowers. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and we received cold water in the frig as well as microwave popcorn. We enjoyed both. Nice breakfast choices but simple mostly, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, muffins,, cereals and juices.coffee available most of the day in lobby and free wine in early evening.
