“Clean room! We have a toddler his hands are in his mouth all the time and I felt OK about him crawling around the carpeted floor! Staff was friendly. Restaurants within walking distance. Safe and secure! Well be staying again if we choose Lake City as one of our stops! ”

“Outstanding! 1st time staying at this chain & it won't be the last. Amazing staff - so cheerful, welcoming, accommodating & professional. Suite was immaculate & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, too! We travel with 2 English Creams & the pet area was well lite, large, clean & well stocked. ”

“No shower gels or soaps in the bathroom. Shower has mold everywhere. Sheets were dirty, crumbs in them. Holes in the walls, fresh plaster all over the place. People screaming throughout the night. Would love a refund ”
