“Entire property is under construction , no one told us until we showed up. On Monday memorial day they started banging in the room next door at 840 am what a rude awakening on a Holliday morning. Because we booked through expedia the staff was rude and said it's expedias fault for not posting about construction... big run around with no satisfaction or even an apology from Marriott or expedia”

I left my daughters pop on the tv stand and left the room for maybe 45 mins and when we returned it was covered.. the front desk said there was no one to clean them and no other rooms available, then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do. My 80 year old grandma had to go and argue for some spray so I could clean them up myself... They close the pool too early. Front desk staff were so rude and very...

“It started with having to walk into the lobby through the haze of smoke from the two men smoking under the No Smoking sign by the entrance. To her credit, the desk clerk dispersed them - by name - apparently long term guests. When we got to our room, we noticed that the lamp on one of the nightstands had no bulb. Which was really no problem, because somebody had removed the on-off switch, leaving a hole in the base! I went to the desk, showed the clerk a picture and asked if she could get me...

“Served my purpose for the short stay in toledo. Always smells nice as we walk in. The room was nice and clean, the pillows are nice and fluffy. The breakfast is good with a nice variety. Also the breakfast area is nice and clean and well attended to.”

“Never saw anyone use the gym and it was right out my door The pool was unusable and needs a lot of work before it will be The place is old, in need of demo and rebuild That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location.”

“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”

“Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were nice. Towels were a little scratchy, not soft, and A/C was a little noisy when it came on and running, but the room was cool and comfortable. Had no trouble parking and their food selection, both store and dining, seemed good tho I didn't partake in either. Good location near restaurants, shopping, highway, etc.”
