You will quickly feel at home in this welcoming and bright house, comfortably furnished, close to beaches and easily accessible. Spacious, it can accommodate 7 people.

The ground floor is organised around a living area (which integrates the dining room, kitchen and TV lounge), a night area with a master suite featuring a bedroom and private bathroom. Separate toilets and a garage complete this level.

Upstairs, a bedroom (queen-size bed) with its bathroom and toilets, communicates with a sleeping area equipped with a small child's bed. This space is ideal for young parents.

In addition, the upstairs offers a mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a workspace.

In the garden, a true asset of this house, you will enjoy a superb terrace, a large unheated swimming pool, and lush and colourful vegetation. Here, nature is joyful and restful. The hammock for well-deserved naps in the shade of large trees is testament to this. The terrace is ideal for family meals and summer evening endings. The nearest beach, Kerminihy, is located 2km as the crow flies and is very renowned among water sports enthusiasts for its superb waves.

Beaches, shore fishing, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports in all seasons (Surf, Kite, Sand yachting, kayak...). Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths).

The beaches of Erdeven (Kerminihy, Kerhilio) are 5 minutes by car. Their famous waves delight surfers and kite-surfers.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.

In terms of living environment, the village of Erdeven is 1 km away, the port of Étel, 2 kms away, offer their shops and the streets of their town centres are a delight to explore in summer; strolling and enjoying the seafront terraces.



The region

On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the town of Erdeven is primarily renowned for its long fine sandy beaches. The nearest port, Étel, is a charming town with its restaurants, bars and shops and represents the gateway to the superb Ria d'Étel.

The region offers its immense beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in all seasons. It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the numerous hiking trails to discover and stroll among dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho (Erdeven) and its stone giants or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere of the place! A few kilometres away, Carnac is a megalithic hotspot not to be missed.

By bike, using the greenway, you can reach Etel, Plouharnel or even Quiberon.
