The cottage offers you: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. Two bedrooms: 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, then a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Outside: a private garden of 800 m², a wooden terrace of 38 m² facing south and a gravelled courtyard of 200 m² to park vehicles. Welcome to Erdeven, a seaside resort in southern Brittany located between the Ria d'Etel and the Quiberon peninsula. On the countryside side as well as on the coast, there is a lot to see and do! The town offers many hiking and cycling trails (80 km) as well as a remarkable heritage (menhirs, dolmens and the Château de Keravéon with its park). On the sea side, the town is home to 300 hectares of protected dunes and 6 km of beaches for relaxing or sporting holidays (diving, kite surfing, paddle, sand yachting, etc.). In a quiet cul-de-sac, between the village and the beaches, beautiful independent and contemporary house on one level.
